Hi guys, my name is Jackson Daniels and I am a Coach/PT here at Rewired Fitness.

I have a Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, a Bachelor's in Sports and Exercise Science and am CrossFit Level 2 Certified.

I have had extensive experience as a CrossFit Coach for 6 years, 4 years of which I spent as head coach at CrossFit Kotahi.

Over the years I coached and provided PT sessions  to help clients reach their goals. I've worked with clients as young as 13 years old all the way through to 69, respectively.

I have helped my clients increase their strength and conditioning, improve their movement patterns and also increase their confidence and competence in Olympic lifting. 

I also offer a High Intensity Interval Program that will get you swole and sexy! 

Forget the boring and the monotonous, this program is exciting, varied and will leave you wanting more.

Hi my name is cheyenne, I am a mum of two and know how hard it is to juggle family life and work life to fit in time for ourselves to exercise.

My main love for fitness started when i began crossfit and the physical benefits i gained from doing it ,being able to push my body past its limits kept me wanting to go back for more. 

I am passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, whether it be big or small, i know every goal is achievable with hard work and dedication and I am here to guide you along the way.

I am Mitch, a personal trainer and coache at Rewired Fitness. I am super stoked to be a part of such an awesome community in this new role. A community that is inviting, inclusive and encouraging for anyone and everyone all things fitness related. 

Previously, I come from an extensive sporting background. Having competed in national level rowing and swimming and played in representative level cricket and AFL; I have accumulated an in-depth knowledge of a variety of training philosophies and coaching methods. 

This is my passion. I love the health and fitness industry. I want my passion and knowledge for this to transfer into your fitness goals and allow me to help each of you on your individual journeys.
