Hey everyone allow me to introduce myself,
I am Mitch, a personal trainer and coache at Rewired Fitness. I am super stoked to be a part of such an awesome community in this new role. A community that is inviting, inclusive and encouraging for anyone and everyone all things fitness related.
Previously, I come from an extensive sporting background. Having competed in national level rowing and swimming and played in representative level cricket and AFL; I have accumulated an in-depth knowledge of a variety of training philosophies and coaching methods.
This is my passion. I love the health and fitness industry. I want my passion and knowledge for this to transfer into your fitness goals and allow me to help each of you on your individual journeys.
